May all beings live without fear. May all beings find refuge. KAILASA opens its doors to all of humanity — a sanctuary for every displaced soul.
Abhayam Sarvabhūtebhyo is convened by the United Ancient Indigenous Enlightened Sanatana Hindu Civilizational Nations (UAN) — the collective body of ancient enlightened civilizational nations working to restore and protect Sanatana Hindu Dharma worldwide. Within UAN, the High Commissioner for Refugees (UANHCR) is the dedicated humanitarian arm, mandated to shelter, protect, and rehabilitate the forcibly displaced. UANHCR carries this program forward on behalf of UAN — turning the vow of abhaya into practical sanctuary, on the ground, for every being who arrives seeking refuge.
An unprecedented humanitarian crisis calls for immediate global action. According to UNHCR, forcibly displaced people worldwide have crossed the highest figure ever recorded in human history — with 1 out of every 70 people on Earth now forcibly displaced, and children accounting for 39% of the refugee population.
A compassionate global response for those who have lost their home, safety, identity, or freedom.
Refuge for those fleeing the Ukraine-Russia war, the USA-Israel-Iran war, and armed conflict anywhere in the world.
For every soul cast out because of their faith, identity, voice, ethnicity, or political oppression.
Sanctuary for those displaced by natural disasters and escalating climate emergencies.
Protection for those trapped by humanitarian crises and economic terrorism — imposed poverty and extreme exploitation.
For the Koyil Perungudi and all who lost their temples, livelihoods, and sacred heritage to invasion.
Any caste, creed, gender, race, or religion. From Ukraine, Iran, Mexico, Venezuela, Ecuador — or anywhere on Earth.
“I offer abhaya — protection — to all beings. Refuge to every persecuted soul cast out because of their faith, their identity, their voice. Come, the doors are open. You are seen. You are protected. Welcome home.”
— The SPH, Bhagavan Sri Nithyananda ParamashivamMoving beyond standard humanitarian aid, KAILASA offers an ecosystem built on deep spiritual respect and complete security — food, shelter, dignity, and enlightenment.
Within this sanctuary, every individual is welcomed as Paramashiva and treated with sacredness and dignity.
Every individual is actively empowered to live free, protected under Kailasa’s constitution and international law.
Displaced individuals receive the spiritual freedom, dignity, and purpose required to successfully rebuild their lives.
A complete functional living community, peaceful and compassionate, rooted in dharma for those who arrive with nothing.
Abhayam Sarvabhūtebhyo is founded on the timeless principle that every being deserves to live without fear. The initiative is dedicated to creating an environment where displaced individuals can find refuge, preserve their identity and heritage, exercise spiritual freedom, and rebuild their lives with dignity and purpose. Within KAILASA’s spiritual ecosystem, every individual is welcomed with sacred respect and empowered to discover and manifest their highest possibilities.
“Abhayaṁ Sarvabhūtebhyo — May all beings live without fear. May all beings find refuge.”
From July 11, 2026 — applications are open and accepted globally. Anyone seeking refuge, or wishing to support the program, can apply immediately.
From Guru Purnima day (July 29, 2026) — official acceptance and integration into KAILASA campuses begins. Those given refuge will be accommodated at the KAILASA Guinea-Bissau campus under the refugee protection treaty signed between the governments of KAILASA and Guinea-Bissau, and cared for as per KAILASA’s constitution.
Abhayam Sarvabhūtebhyo — “I give abhaya, protection, to all beings” — is the single most powerful declaration in the entire body of Sanatana Hindu Dharma. Every sannyasi lives this vow at every moment.
In the Ramayana (Yuddha Kanda), Sri Rama declares to Vibhishana: “Sakrideva prapannaya tavasmiti cha yachate, abhayam sarvabhutebhyo dadamyetad vratam mama” — “To anyone who surrenders to me even once, I offer fearlessness to all beings. This is my vow.”
The Manusmriti warns of matsya-nyaya — the law of the fish, where the strong devour the weak without protection. Kautilya’s Arthashastra teaches that a dharmic ruler actively invites and resettles displaced people, offering them land, livelihood, and relief. The Swarna Siddhar of Swargapura Aadheenam gave refuge to all — even kings who lost everything to war — empowering them to rebuild their kingdoms. From that unbroken lineage, KAILASA carries the same vow forward today.
Official registration is now live globally for individuals seeking refuge or wishing to support the program. Share it until it reaches the last person who needs refuge.
