In practice, the flag identifies the Organization and its official missions in contexts such as environmental crises, cultural preservation efforts, and intergovernmental or community collaborations, standing as a visible beacon of Indigenous authority, ancestral guidance, and humanity’s commitment to a sustainable & just future.
Authorized use of UAN Flag & Emblem
The UAN flag and emblem are exclusive symbols of the United Ancient Indigenous Enlightened Nations and may be used only to identify official organs, programs, and authorized partners of the Organization.
Any public, commercial, or third‑party use requires prior written authorization from the UAN Secretariat, and the symbols may not be used in a manner implying UAN endorsement of products, services, or political positions.
The emblem and flag must be reproduced faithfully, without alteration, distortion, or combination with other logos or symbols, except where expressly approved in writing by the UAN Secretariat.
When displayed with other flags or emblems, the UAN flag should be accorded equal dignity and prominence, and no other flag or emblem may be placed in a position of superior status, except by the UAN Secretariat or on their say so.
Unauthorized or misleading use of the UAN emblem or flag is strictly prohibited and may result in withdrawal of permission and further action as determined by the UAN.
